Hey all,
Not too much going on with us, but thought I would make a post anyway!!
Lesley, at work, redid our whole aquarium by taking EVERYTHING out of it, cleaned it all up and ordered new pumps, etc. I took a couple pics of the finished product. It looks really nice now. No fish in it yet as it has to settle before adding "life" to it. She's thinking of getting some oscars. I wish she would get a bunch of more tame fish than that, but oh well. There is only 3 of us in our branch now, so things are run a little tight right now. There has to be 2 of us there at all times, so the other day when Lesley took the day off, Christine and I had to be there all day without leaving or anything. It's kind of a pain, but this will only last until April, when they can hire someone, but only at part-time status. Our bank is doing really well, but I think they want to keep it that way!!
We are working on our vacation time at work. Lesley has like 10 weeks to take this year and I have 7! Don't really have the funds to go off and do something REALLY fun, but the time off with Kalyn will be nice. I'll have to get down and dirty with the house or something and just go on a cleaning/scrubbing walls expedition.
Kalyn had a wonderful concert the other night! It's their last one for the year already.
Haven't spoke to Ty, so don't know what he is up to....I'm sure he's doing well though.

ReplyDeleteThey should get more people in that bank. You can't have only 2 people there in case something happens, what if you have an emergency and had to leave?

ReplyDeleteYeah, that is our point!!! We have a branch in Tierra Amarilla that operates with 3 people. One day last week, one girl was out and so the other two were working and one of the two working, had an emergency with one of their kids and had to CLOSE the bank and go to the ER with their kid. I know!! I hate it...no breaks...nothing..that is illegal!!!
